  14. I want to buy an internal modem, not too expensive,  
  15. but I want to be sure it has not a blacklist. Therefore I want to consider
  16. the possibility of buying an USA modem instead of an european one because
  17. here there are restrictions limiting redialing. However, I don┤t know if 
  18. the USA modems  bought in USA work properly in Europe and I don't know any 
  19. brand or address to buy by mail.
